The time it took from our first introductory call to when we closed was about 6 weeks! On our very first call with her, we knew her experience and expertise would be unmatched. My husband and I purchased our home after 4 months of looking with Tina. As first time home buyers we had lots of questions and Tina was always available even taking our calls after 9pm! Tina is an expert on the escrow process and made sure all of our paperwork and inspections were being completed on time and going smoothly. Our loan was a VA loan which is even more tedious than most regular home loans. Whenever an issue would arise Tina was quick to handle it. Thank god for Tina because our sellers tried to make us jump through some hoops (as they do in a sellers market). We started the process as strangers and now consider Tina family. We would 100% recommend Tina to help you find or sell your home!
