Originally from Upstate New York, Marc Bechard first visited San Diego in 1983, and quickly fell in love with the area. He and his wife reside in Carlsbad, where they’ve enjoyed the beautiful weather southern California has to offer for over 22 years.

Previously, Marc spent 20 years working in sales for the luxury automotive industry. He enjoys time out with friends and motorcycle rides up the coast.

His knowledge of the ever-changing real estate market paired with his local experiences and history in the area allow him to help clients find what they’re looking for in a home.
